Garden Reach Shipbuilders gets $12.7mn order
Garden Reach Shipbuilders said its has received an order worth $12.7 million from Transport and Harbours Department, Ministry of Public Works, Government of Guyana, for designing, construction and supply of an ocean-going passenger and cargo vessel.
There is a clear indication that markets have resisted from the 14,600-14,650 levels. In the short term, 14,300-14,400 is good support and if we break that, 14,000-14,100 could be the next pit stop for the Nifty. On the upside, a close above 14,600 could lead us to 14,750-14,800.

HAL surges 14% on Rs 48,000 crore Tejas order
Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) surged 14 per cent in Thursday’s trade after a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh approved a Rs 48,000 crore deal to procure 83 indigenously-developed Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas for the Indian Air Force.Following the development, the stockl rose 13.69 per cent to hit a high of Rs 1,047 on BSE.The Defence Ministry in a statement said: “The Cabinet has approved procurement of 73 LCA Tejas Mk-1A fighter aircraft and 10 LCA Tejas Mk-1 trainer aircraft at the cost of Rs 45,696 crore along with design and development of infrastructure sanctions worth Rs 1,202 crore.”
Quick Heal invests $2 million in Israeli startup
Quick Heal Technologies is investing $2 million in L7 Defense, an Israel based cybersecurity start-up specializing in Application Program Interface (API) Security and Next Generation Web Application Firewall (NG-WAF). Quick Heal Technologies had already invested $300k in L7 Defense in the previous financial year.
